Just painted!! This fantastic condo is located on Shore Drive in Myrtle Beach. We are on the second floor of a 3 story building, located right on the beach. The covered balcony overlooks the ocean and the pool. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a master bath. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a pullout sofa located in the family room. We have 2 TV's, a DVD player, SonyPlaystation, Free Internet Access. THe kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and utensils. There is a coin operated washer and dryer located on the first floor of the building. The popluar beach bar, Ocean Annies, is located directly next door....

Rental Rates

				Season Rate
				Low Season Price:	$400 per Week
				High Season Price:	$1,050 per Week

We require 20% down to hold the condo. We also require a $100 security deposit, in a separate check. That check is not cashed unless needed. We then require the balance due one month before your stay. We mail out keys and parking pass the week before your arrival. Exit cleaning and taxes are included in our price.
