Management reserves the right to assign a different unit number with the same unit amenities due to circumstances beyond our control.We reserve the right to correct any errors.
CANCELLATION NOTICE-A fee of $35.00 is deducted from the deposit if cancellation is received at least 15 days prior to arrival. For cancellations less than 15 days prior to arrival, the entire deposit is forfeited. SEVERE WEATHER/HURRICANES- REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE ISSUED FOR THOSE NIGHTS OF MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDERED BY THE GOVERNOR OF SOUTH CAROLINA.
All rentals are for Families only, children and young adults under 25 must be accompanied by parents - Absolutely no house parties are allowed.
