Vacation Rental Description

We would like to invite you to enjoy your vacation in our air conditioned, non-smoking 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo (located halfway between the Ocean and the Lazy River) in ocean front "B" Building at Myrtle Beach Resort. "B" Building has a heated indoor pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, mail room and exercise room.

Our condo is 946 square feet. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, plus another sofa, cable TV with HBO, DVD player, and wireless Internet. Sliding doors from both the living room and dining room lead to a large balcony.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a new ceramic top range, new refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, mixer, toaster, blender, coffee-maker, and dinnerware service for 8. There are plenty of pots, pans, Corning ware, etc.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and an adjoining full bath. The second bedroom has twin beds. There is a 2nd bath room in the hallway.

We hope you will come and enjoy all the amenities of the resort: 6 pools (1 indoor, 1 indoor/outdoor, 4 outdoor), Lazy River, kiddie pool & water play area (with umbrella shower, bucket dump), kiddie playground, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, beach volleyball, lighted tennis, basketball, bocce, shuffleboard, horseshoes, oceanfront cabana bar & grill. There is a miniature golf course across Kings Hwy. You will find fishing, water parks, restaurants, and shopping centers closeby. We are not far from Murrells Inlet, the seafood capital of South Carolina.

Myrtle Beach Resort is a self-contained 33-acre oceanfront resort and features 750-feet of sandy white beach on the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. The Resort has wireless Internet service, a waterpark with a 375-foot heated Lazy River, bucket dump, mushroom shower, kiddie pool and a large 4-section hot tub. There are 6 swimming pools, including an indoor heated pool, an indoor/outdoor heated pool, and 4 outdoor pools. There are 4 whirlpools, 2 steam rooms, saunas, children's playground, 4 lighted tennis courts, basketball court, beach volley ball, lighted shuffleboard, bocce ball, bargeque areas, oceanfront cabana bar (live entertainment in season), poolside snack bar, deli/cafe, convenience store, gameroom, and gift shop. The Resort has 24/7 security gate and roaming security.

A $200 deposit will hold the condo for you. The balance is due 30 days before the rental date. In case of a cancellation, all monies paid will be refunded, less a $25 processing fee, if written notice is received at least 45 days before the rental date.
In the summer we rent weekly, Saturday to Saturday.
We will accept credit cards, but prefer a personal check or money order in US funds.
We will rent monthly November 2013 thru March 2014 at a rate of $825 per month. Discounts for multiple months.

Owners Profile

We have 3 properties at Myrtle Beach Resort. I spend 6 months a year at the Resort. I spend a lot of my time updating my condos. We want our home to be your home during your vacation. Most vacationers that come to Myrtle Beach Resort will return again. It is a great place to vacation or to spend the winter. Myrtle Beach is a golfer's delight. There are more than 50 golf courses closeby. There is a Harley Davidson Bike rally in mid May and a fall rally in October.

We hope you will come and visit Myrtle Beach and share some of our sunshine and beautiful white sand beach.
