Vacation Rental Description
Welcome to the best vacation you've spent at Myrtle Beach in a long time. If this is your first time here, consider this your "home away from home" while you enjoy all that the Grand Strand has to offer. Still worried about tough economic times? Are you cautious about what 2009 will offer? Don't worry! With all of the money you'll save by renting with us, you can easily give your family a vacation they'll enjoy and experience all of the excitement that makes Myrtle Beach a top tourist destination. We can guarantee that you'll save at least 20% off the advertised rates at the resort! $$$SPECIAL - We have the last two weeks in August available. For the next 7 days (before Aug. 18, we are playing "LET'$ MAKE A DEAL!" Our prices for these weeks started at $785/wk; we ran a "special" and dropped the price down to $628 TOTAL (including taxes and fees). During "Let's Make A Deal", you pick your week and then name your price. If it's something we can live with, YOU HAVE JUST WON A GREAT MYRTLE BEACH VACATION!!!
We also charge a $150 REFUNDABLE Security Deposit that will be returned to you after departure and our inspection of the unit. HURRY!! Our oceanfront condo features a seperate bedroom with two queen beds. The unit also has a sleeper sofa and murphy bed - six can stay comfortably. We are located on the south end of the beach within two miles of the new Market Common with retail shops and restaurants (check out P.F. Chang's Chinese Bistro - a guest favorite). There are more golf courses than you can possibly play, more restaurants than you can possibly eat at, and more shopping than you can shake a credit card at - all within a short drive! Reopening on Memorial Day weekend is Freestyle Music Park, formerly Hard Rock Theme Park. The park will incorporate genres of music including rock 'n' roll, country, reggae, pop, R&B, alternative, and of course, BEACH MUSIC!! The new owners have dropped admission prices drastically making this a "must see"!
We offer a full kitchen with most of the utensils you use everyday. We have our own washer and dryer which allows you to bring fewer clothes and return home all clean! The living/dining area features the table (which is actually part of the murhpy bed) and four chairs, the comfortable sleeper sofa and an additional chair. The bedroom and living area both have a tv featuring the popular cable channels. An in-room safe adds an extra touch of security so that you can store valuables while at the pool or on the beach. And of course the balcony with a view! Open the door and get hypotized by the sounds of the waves and the movement of the tides. This is my favorite place to relax. Speaking of surf, bring a laptop and surf the internet or check your emails with the wireless internet available in the unit.
Holiday Sands South Beach is a brand new resort with lots of family oriented amenities. There are two pools, a kiddie pool, a hot tub, and a great lazy river. The lawn area between the building and the beach is a great place to get some sun without the sand. But if sand and surf is what you're after, you are literally just steps away. South Beach offers an exercise room, a gated parking deck, and four high speed elevators to make getting to your condo a breeze. Don't worry about any wind, rain, or being outside while going to the condo; everything is enclosed for your comfort and security.
Facilities
The pool area has a great lazy river and large hot tub! A great way to relax or unwind from a full day of activities. The Exercise room features weight machines, treadmills, and stationary bikes allowing you to "break a sweat" without leaving the comfort of an air conditioned gym.
Activities
There are enough activites available in Myrtle Beach to keep you from getting bored! Myrtle Beach has to be the putt-putt capital of the world. Many of these sites offer "all day" pricing which allows you and the children to go early, return to the condo, then return in the evening.

We request a $150 fully refundable security deposit that is not part of the rental. 20% - half down to confirm reservation. Balance of rental due 30 days - 1 week prior to arrival based on when reservation is made. Must be 25 years old to rent. I'm an animal lover too but have a No Pet Policy. There is a definite No Smoking Policy!! We frequently run specials especially during non-peak times. Call or email for most current prices! Quoted prices listed here do not include tax and cleaning fee. We accept personal checks, cashier's checks, and have recently added PayPal for your security and convenience (ADD 2.9% for PayPal transaction)!
