Welcome to Seabrook Island South Carolina located 23 miles from historic Charleston. Shadowwood Villa is located on the 8th green of the Seabrook Island's Ocean Winds golf course, and is within walking distance of the beach and club. This is a one bedroom, one and one half bath townhouse. The first floor plan has a Kitchen-Living-Dining combination with all the amenities. The Kitchen is fully equipped including a washer and dryer. The Living Room has a queen size sleeper sofa. Upstairs the Master Bedroom has a queen sized bed. Towels and linens are provided with the exception of beach towels. Seabrook Island is a gated community which boasts 3½ miles of beaches and amenities such as a premier tennis facility, golf and horseback riding. A new town center is just outside of the island with a grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants and shops.

    We ask that a 1/3 deposit be sent in along with your contract to confirm your reservation. Personal checks, money orders or cashier's checks are accepted. The balance is due 30 days before arrival. If a cancellation is made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $100.00 cancellation fee. When cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to the rental date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent your dates after a cancellation, then any monies paid will be refunded less $100.00.
