    A 1/3 deposit to be sent in with your contract confirms your reservation. The balance is then due 30 days prior to your arrival. Upon receipt of the final payment, an information packet will be sent to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible. If a cancellation is made with more than 30 days before your scheduled arrival, all monies are refunded less a $250 fee. If cancellation occurs with less than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival, all monies are forfieted. If we are able to rent for the same dates/price, your money is refunded less the $250 charge. Personal checks, cashier's checks and money orders accepted.
