Come relax on Seabrook Island's beautiful, unspoiled 3 1/2 miles of pristine beach! This is the perfect vacation home!!! An open floor plan with family room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs, and a loft upstairs with a pull out couch and half bath - this is a great getaway for family and friends! Enjoy fishing and crabbing from the lagoon in the backyard. Catch the sun's rays from one of the three decks on the house! The Sealoft private, neighborhood pool is just steps from the front door. A boardwalk to the beach is across from Sealoft Drive, making it a short stroll to a very uncrowded section of beach. We often set up a volleyball net, bocce ball court or build our own mini golf course. Ride the waves on your boogie boards, watch the dolphin swim by, or relax with a good book on the beach! Seabrook Island is a must for your vacation this summer!

    A 1/3 deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is then due 30 days prior to your scheduded arrival. Upon receipt of the final payment, an information packet will be sent to you to help make your vacation as relaxing as possible. If a cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival, all monies less a $250 fee are refunded. If less than 30 days, all monies are forfeited unless we can rent the same dates for the same amount, then all monies less the $250 fee are refunded. Personal checks, money orders or cashier's checks accepted.
