This is a wonderful, privately owned beach house overlooking the 18th fairway of Turtle Beach Golf Course, in the desirable ocean green/silver moss neighborhood. 
 
The house is 3000 square feet and has 2 decks and one screened in porch over looking the golf course. All hardwood floor and 9" foot ceiling. The first floor offers a floor plan for casual living. 
 
The living room has a LCD TV and a wood fire place, the dining room has a big table , the kitchen is fully equipped and has a gas stove and marble counter tops, the den has free wireless internet access. 
 
The first floor has 2 bedrooms. One king size bed, bathroom is en-suite and one 2 double bedroom with a bathroom. The second floor has a master bedroom and a twin bedroom with their own deck and bathroom.
