Spring Summer Season weeks normally run from Sunday to Sunday. Renters are responsible for all telephone toll charges and if renting for 1 month or longer, renters are responsible for all utilities (Electric, Gas & Water) except Cable TV. The Wild Dunes Sports Card Program is included with your rental for access to the Wild Dunes Tennis Center, Fitness Center and Club Pools including the Club's Heated Lap Pool. Absolutely no house parties, youth groups, fraternities, weddings, receptions, meetings or parties allowed. We do not rent to students or groups of students under any circumstances. Monthly and Long Term (90 Day) Rentals Available November until April $3,500 per month.
