This Turtle Bay 2-level townhome is a very nice, new (2003), nicely and comfortably furnished, FULLY EQUIPPED from the blender to the linens with nice extras like 36" HDTV with cable and TVO/DVR!!, DVD, high speed internet with wireless connectivity, washer/dryer, pool and dock, screened porch and sunning porch. The house and pool are landscaped beautifully with flowers and Palmetto trees, giving it a great vacation feel year-round. Garage and carport parking for two. There is a screened porch with lounge chair and dining table. There is also a sunning porch with lounge chairs and a nice water view off of the Master bedroom.

Everything you could want to do nearby: beach, fishing, water sports, downtown Charleston, Historic Plantations, fabulous restaurants (even one right next door!), serenity and relaxation. A Folly/Charleston combo vacation can't be beat. Best of beach and city vacation all in one.
