Great ocean views from this vacation house located across street from the beach and ocean. Enjoy the breeze on the screened porch or the open deck. Located in family friendly Edisto Beach - away from all of the distractions of the big city, we don't even have a traffic light.
Fish, catch crabs or shrimp, play golf, shop, check out the local sights or just relax in a friendly environment. Take a day trip to historic Charleston (1 hour away) or Savannah (2 hours away).
If you like big city life and big crowds and noise, Edisto Beach is NOT for you. If you want a reasonably priced, quiet place to relax, you just found it!
Three bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 double) and 2 baths upstairs and 1 bedroom (1 double bed) and bath downstairs on ground level. Separate central heat and air conditioning for upstairs and downstairs.

The Edisto Island Interpretive Center, a part of the State Park system, is open year round. The Edisto Island Serpentarium, featuring alligators, turtles and both native and exotic snakes, is open from May through Sptember. Both of these are educational and offer daily shows and exhibitis.
A number of rental companies offer everything you need to make your vacation complete.

Deposit of $500 is due with reservation. The remaining rent, plus 11% state and local sales tax and $250 damage deposit, are due 45 days prior to check-in. All cancellations must be made by e-mail or letter. If cancellation is 90 days prior to check-in, total payment will be refunded. If less than 90 days and the property is re-rented for the entire canceled reservation period at no cost to the owner, total payment will be refunded. If the unit is rented for only a portion of the time, the proportioned share will be refunded. Check-in time: 4:00 PM, Saturday Check-out time: 10:00 AM, Saturday Send e-mail to request rates for multiple week and partial week rates.
