Vacation Rental Description
This fabulouis home is large and comforting. The Master suite has a king bed, sitting room, wet bar with mini fridge, private bath and oversized jacuzzi. This suite makes up the entire second floor of the house.

The living area is cavernous and comfortably furnished with 2 oversized sofas and oversized chairs. The open floor plan gives you a large eating area and a kitchen with plenty of cabinet and counter space. There is an extra refrigerator in the garage. The living area walks out the oversized screened porch with seating for 8.

There are 4 bedrooms on the first floor. Two are ocean front with queen beds and ocean front deck access--these 2 bedrooms share a full bath. Two additional bedrooms are on the other side of the hall and each has 2 double beds (for a total of 4 double beds)--these 2 bedrooms share a full bath as well.

Walk out of th house and down to your private beach access! Or use the golf cart to cruise the island and enjoy sight seeing.

    To confirm a reservation we require a 50% down payment of the rent and tax. The remaining balance plus a $300 security deposit is due 60 days prior to check in (90 days prior for stays of longer than 1 week). Cancellation before final balance is due would mean a full mean refund less a $100 processing fee. Cancellation after final balance due date results in loss of monies paid in uless we are able to re-rent property at originally advertised rate. A Cleaning Fee will be charged for all stays under 4 nights. Weekly/monthly rates include basic departure cleaning. Rentals less than 90 days subject to 11% tax. Travel insurance is available at an additional rate. We accept Master Card, Visa and personal checks in US Dollars.
