Located in the heart of the Poconos of Pennsylvania, USA and close to two ski resorts, this wonderful Lake community is filled with many vacation amenities - boating or swimming at the lake, sitting on the beach, relaxing at the swimming pool, or enjoying the club house. Hiking or bird watching are two other favorite activities of guests - either in the community or at local state park lands. White water canoeing and horse back riding are available if you want more vigorous activities. 
 
The house has 5 bedrooms and 2 full baths allowing for a good gathering of friends and family. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are an open design, or "visiting friendly" as reported to us by guests. The family room includes a pool table, dart board, and many traditional board games, plus a DVD/TV and a fireplace - all centering on providing great ways to have some fun, do some relaxing and create memories with your family and friends. 
 
One favorite - go skiing or hiking for a vigorous workout and return to the house for a soak in the 8 person hot tub! Not the athletic type? - then skip the exercise and just go directly to the hot tub. It's great to know, you get to decide! This isn't some kind of regimented, check the boxes, vacation destination - you're coming here to unwind, relax and do only and exactly what you feel the energy to do. So spending an evening gathered around a nice fire burning in the Living Room fireplace (or the Family Room fireplace - yes, there are two) is a very typical activity that many guests have enjoyed. 
 
During the day, you can sit on the balcony deck - rain or shine since the deck has both a covered and an open air (give me lots of sun) portion. Preparing a barbecue lunch or dinner is another vacation tradition you can practice. The Pocono mountain air really inclines one to just enjoy the fine and simple pleasures of company and comfort - food and fun.

Refundable Security Deposit: US$ 400.00 Cleaning Fee: US$ 200.00 Rental Rates (excluding holiday periods-see table): The 1st night is $200, the second night is $150 and it's $100 for each night after that - if you book less than a week. A full week (7 nights) is $700. If you wish more than 7 nights each additional night is $100. (Think about it - that's a 5 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 fireplace house for less than a hotel room)
