The house is within a five minute walk (0.4) mi. to the Olympic Size Pool/bar/restaurant with slides, diving boards, kiddie pool. Masthope community also offers beach with swimmable lake including boating, fishing, volleyball court, snack bar. That is not all : Masthope community also offers tennis and basketball courts, horseback riding, private access to Delaware river with picnic area. In the winter: downhill skiing, snow boarding, tubing at Ski Big Bear. Brand new lodge with fire places, restaurant, bar, game room, ping-pong, billiard and a stunning views of the mountains. The community is within a short distance from scenic towns of Milford, Hawley, Narrowsburg and Honesdale. 
 
Large home will easily accomodate 3 couples and 6 children. I suggest 8 people but more are welcome. No pets. No smoking indoors.

This house is part of the four season community. Renters are entitled to use the impressive facilities. 
 
The ski resort is wonderful for new or young skiers. There are tubing runs, a junior ski slope, a great ski school and more challenging trails. There is a large "Terrain Park" for your adventurous skiers. 
 
In the summer, you may swim in one of the heated pools, the beach or one of the nearby rivers. The most well known is the Delaware River.  
 
You may fish in one of the (stocked) lakes or in the Delaware River. The river is so clean that you will see 20-26 inch bass at the bottom. 
 
You may go canoeing or boating for free. Horseback riding is a nominal charge. Winter skiing is discounted by 25% for renters in this house.  
 
There is also a gym, basketball, tennis, paddleball, baseball, bar-b-que grills, volleyball and other facilities for registered renters.
