Vacation Rental Description
Our home has 3 bedrooms, 2 decks and a lovely screened in porch( can smoke here). We have 2 baths one which has a garden sized Jacuzzi tub larger enough for 2 for a romantic evening or soaking away the days activities. We have a fireplace to warm you up on a cold evening. A Billard table/ ping pong table to have a little fun. The house has Cable and WiFi, sorry no phone. ( you are on vacation so who needs it?)House can comfortable accomadate 8-10 people. 
Our house is in a secure community stocked with amenities all included in your rental for a nominal fee. Wildlife abounds. You can see deer, wild turkeys, raccoons, and occasssionally bear. The area also has lots to offer, from nightlife to casino gambling, skiing, snow tubing, white water rafting, hiking, swimming, shopping, dining etc.

    • House is fully stocked. All you need to bring is your self and your personal items. We also have WiFi, you just need your own laptop. There is also a lovely fireplace.

    • Our community has 8 pools, boith indoor and out. Gym, indoor and outdoor tennis, our own ski slopes and a sleigh riding trail with man made snow. We have several lakes for fishing and in season kyaks, row boats and pedal boats for your use. Basketball courts and volleyball too.

    		  Low Season Price: $100 per Day
      High Season Price: $350 per Day
         

    There is a refundable security deposit of $200 for renters over 25. I will rent to 21-25 year olds with a larger deposit. There is also a one time cleaning restocking fee of $75. MONEY BACK POLICY: All cancellations made prior to Two weeks gives 100% money back.Last minute cancellations will forfeit your deposit. However if the house is rebooked you will be refunded for the price that it was rented out for. I accept paypal/credit card through paypal, check or money order. If needed cash at the house.
