Escape to the Poconos in this cozy large contemporary home, nestled in a wooded community situated on an acre corner lot that is truly peaceful. The house was built in 2007 and has four bedrooms equipped with new furniture and appliances. Each of the two master bedrooms has its own bathroom and walk-in closet, and two others have one large bathroom with a hot whirlpool. It is perfect for families, couples, and friends.  
You only have to bring some food with you; we have everything else.  
Our kitchen is fully equipped. We have a blender, a coffee maker, a toaster, and many other kitchenware appliances to maximize your convenience.  
There are three TV's with cable, VCR and DVD players, Wireless Broadband Internet, pool table, veranda, washer and dryer. There is phone connection for making collect, credit card, or local calls only. Our home is supplied with dishes, cookware, pillows and blankets, towels, dishtowels, linens, and paper products. The home accommodates up to 14 people. Children are welcome.  
The house is professionally cleaned before each visit.  
Towamensing Trails community offers the following amenities: outdoor pool, Clubhouse, snack bar, game room, lounge (nominal fee), playground, tennis courts,and basketball courts.  
Notice to tenants: You will receive eight passes to use the amenities for your entire stay.  
 
Towamensing Trails is located on route 903 only 5 minutes away from Big Boulder and Jack Frost ski slopes. Penn’s Peak is also easily accessible. It is only 15 min away from Poconos Racetrack and less than 20 minutes away from Penn National Horse racing and Casino. Towamensing Trails is also close to Jim Thorpe with its whitewater rafting and Skirmish paintball fields, four beautiful golf courses, the Camel Beach water park, Hickory Run State Park, the Poconos raceway, Camelback ski, the Crossings Outlets, and many other Poconos attractions.  
Bushkill Falls is a series of eight waterfalls that cascade gracefully deep in the wooded splendor of the Pocono Mountains. This is one of Pennsylvania’s most famous scenic attractions and a favorite destination for hiking, fishing, and family fun. It is only 40 minutes away from our house.

Beltsville State Park and Lake: Absolutely beautiful park with a lake, beach, fishing, swimming, etc.! Camel Beach Water Park is a Large Water Park in Tannersville with slides, wave pool, tubing, rides and more for the whole family. Pocono Downs Casino and Mohegan Sun Casino, horse races, and upscale indoor shopping complex located only 20 minutes from our house. Whitewater Rafting and Skirmish is also very close to the house. Hickory Run State Park is only 7 mails from the house. This park includes a natural ‘Boulder Field’ which is an amazing site to see. Split Rock' Indoor Water Park now open. There are several good golf courses in the area. Skirmish Paintball is 3 miles away from the house. 50 award winning Paintball fields on over 700 acres of top-notch terrain, including two castles! Plus paintball guns, equipment and more. Perfect for weekend fun, corporate teambuilding, bachelor and birthday parties. Open year round.

Big Boulder Ski is one of the most important ski resorts in Pennsylvania. Big Boulder is only minutes away from us and offers a full range of winter activities, like ski, snowboarding and tubing, with 100% snowmaking. If Big Boulder looks to easy for you, you may want to try its sister resort, which is only a few miles further away. At Jack Frost you'll get a bigger vertical drop and winter fun for all!  
CamelBack Ski is Pocono’s largest ski area. It features 33 slopes and trails, 100% night skiing, 100% snowmaking and 13 lifts (including two high speed quad lifts). You can also snowboard on the half pipe and two terrain parks.
