Short or long term - you'll be happy to call this home! The private patio and entrance takes you thru an 8' glass door into the living room. The LARGE bedroom with a king size bed and walk in closet, and the bathroom (with a 6' whirlpool tub) are to the left. On the right is the eat-in kitchen, with all applinces, pots and pans, dishes, etc. you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The washer and dryer are in a closet. 
All rooms have big, operable windows for great views, and fresh breezes. The house is 600' fron the quiet street, surrounded by over 300 acres of forest. The apartment is on the ground floor - no steps. Wheel chair accessable (but not quite ADA). This is perfect for 1 or 2 people, and up to 4 children could sleep on the sofas and love seats (short term only). 1 QUIET pet allowed. Soft, smooth bedding, and fluffy towels are provided. All utilities are included. 
When you need more bedrooms, you can add 1 - 4 bedrooms on the 1st and 2nd floor, at very reasonable rates.

The Historic Ephrata Cloisters and huge Green Dragon Farmers' Market are less than 10 minutes away. Adamstown Antique shops are nearby, along with several interesting museums. Sight & Sound Theater is absolutely AMAZING!

Prices are for double occupancy. Additional people - $5. each per night or $25.per week. Monthly rate - $1800. $250. security deposit. 50% of total due 60 days before arrival, balance 14 days before arrival. Cancellations more than 60 days in advance - deposit returned minus $25. Less than 60 days - If we are able to rent the unit to others, we'll return amounts paid minus $100. or 10% of amounts paid by credit card, whichever is greater. If we cannot rent it, the payments are forfeited.
