This four bedroom, two bath home is fully furnished for your comfort and enjoyment. Located directly on the glorious Susquehanna River, this is an ideal vacation spot. The convenient river access is perfect for the vacationer interested in water sports: fishing, swimming, boating, kayaking, or tubing. Available for your use are a boating dock, kayaks canoe and inner tubes. Not the active type but love to be outdoors during hot summer days?
Come soak up the sun on one of the two decks; upper and lower, both with full views of the glistening river down below. Enjoy the relaxation on the deck while still being able to witness the rest of the families’ water endeavors. Also, the house provides a great opportunity to experience an unforgettable sunset or sunrise from inside the inside or out.
The wildlife is likely to be scampering about during any time of the day. Geese, ducks, deer, turtles and numerous bird species are natural inhabitants of the Susquehanna River bank and are frequently seen from this location. In the evening remain outdoors without worrying about insects or other pests while spending time on the screened lanai. During the winter months, the snow covered mountain -view is astounding. On the property is a sledding slope where children can play safely under the spotlights in the evening hours. Inside warm up from the winter cold in front of the fire place nestled in the main living room of the home.
In close proximity are other forms of entertainment as well. The Capital City provides for an array of night life activities from elegant restaurants to jazz clubs and Martini bars to high-energy dance clubs. With the capital city being only ten minutes away the entertainment opportunities are endless. City Island, also located in the down town area, offers miniature golfing, batting cages, arcade games and horse and carriage rides. During the holiday seasons, City Island offers spectacular firework displays in addition to creating a festive environment of lights and decorations. The home field of the Harrisburg Senators Baseball team is also located on the island. Hershey Park and Chocolate World are less than 30 minutes away. With the property being located just off of Rt 22/322 travel is simple and convenient.

Historic areas within 15 minutes, include The Rockville Stone Arch Bridge, the oldest and largest in the United States. Fort Hunter Park Pennsylvania Canal.
