Fabulous ocean view and ocean front homes in the peaceful town of Yachats on the Central Oregon Coast. Only one-half block to Coastal Access and the great 804 trail that goes North and South along the Coast. The coastline in Yachats is famous for rocky, dramatic surf and super tidepools and marine life year round. The homes are very confortable with two full baths, a large kitchen, wood burning stove (plus electric heaters) a great interior front sunroom, fenced private backyard and parking for vehicles in the driveway. All the comforts of home await with lots of books, CD's, videos and even toys and games for the kids. Family oriented and safe neighborhoods and town with walking distance to all the sights and shops. Great restaurants, markets, gift shops and grocery store as well as public library and wi-fi access throughout town.

We provide all you need for your comfortable vacation experience, just bring your personal hygenie items and food as well as wood for the wood stove and your are set. We ask folks to leave the homes ready for the next guests in the same condition (or better) than they found it or we can discuss cleaning fees and services.

We accept cashiers checks, credit or debit cards to keep our costs reasonable. Full payment is due prior to arrival along with a completely refundable security/cleaning deposit. Cancellations within sixty (60) days of arrival allow no refunds but exchange of dates, cancellations within thirty (30) days of arrival allow no refunds or date exchanges. Cancellations before sixty (60) days of arrival allow full refund except for a $100 processing fee.
