Vacation Rental Description
This 4000 square foot home in Sunriver can accomodate a small family up to a larger family reunion. It is loaded with all your vacation amenities. It is two stories with the great room/full kitchen upstairs. This room has a riverrock fireplace, TV/VCR/DVD, stereo, dining table and a 4'x12' big island in the kitchen. All major and small appliances are here. Also, the upper floor has two large decks which allows you to view the golfers below, or enjoy the sun and barbecuing off the kitchen. The new refidgerator(May 2010) has 29 cubic feet with 2 ice makers. There are two bedrooms on the upper level.
The lower floor has a 640 Square foot game room with a gas fireplace, 50" LCD TV, VCR/DVD/stereo, foosball, shuffle board tabel, a ping pong table and a piano. The indoor 8' hot tub (new this Jan. 2011) and sauna room is located off the game room on the golf course side. A smaller kitchen area with a full size refrigerator(25 cubic feet) with an ice-maker, sink and microwave is located on the lower level off the game rooom. Three spacious bedrooms on lower level.
All baths have been update with new 36" high cabinets and granite counter tops. One bath fully tiled shower and floor (new this Jan. 2011).
Five adult bikes and 2 kid bikes.

- Travel Info: This home is in the best location within Sunriver. Fairway island is not a through traffic area. It is surrounded by the golf course, yet only a 7 minute walk to the village and its amenities.
Owner Location Comment
This home is quietly located in the middle of fairway island, which is a no cut through traffic area surrounded by the golf course. You will not see or hear car traffic. We are on the 13th fairway, but just a 5 minute walk to the village mall within Sunriver. A very short bike(10 minute max) ride to the main lodge. Close in, but you feel like you are all alone.
