River Front Vacation Home, near skiing,golf,& fishing. 3 bedroom home situated on the Little Deschutes River.
Vacation Rental Description
New three Bedroom vacation home, situated on 3 acres,and nearly surronded by the little Deschutes River. Quiet country property, where deer are frequent visitors.There is seating for 8 in the living room and dining table.
Living room has mood lighting, and a new TV with DVD library which includes adult, and Walt Disney movies.
The all stainless steel kitchen is fully equiped, with many small electric appliances, blender, griddle, coffee pot,(we furnish coffee, tea, sugar,& cream) and a eating bar that sits 5.
Each bedroom has it's own TV with video player. The bedrooms are each well equiped with high end sheets and extra blankets.
Enjoy fishing from the river bank (we furnish 3 poles with hooks), biking (we furnish bikes with helmets), hiking or just relaxing on rear deck.
there is plenty of room for several auto's, boats and trailer.
River Bend just three miles south of Sunriver, where there is all amenities and resturants located at the villiage mall.
For more shopping and cinemas just drive 15 minutes north on Hwy 97 to south Bend and the Old Mill District, or take a 30 minute drive along the Cascades Lake Highway to Mt. Batchelor for skiing and snowboarding.
Facilities
Washer and Drier, plus Ironing Board and Iron. Open Fire pit outside and space heater on deck. Lots of parking for motor home, boat and cars. Garage has a automatic opener. New flat screen TV's in each room, plus a DVD library, movies for adults and Walt Disney for children. Dishes and utensils service for eight. Fully equiped kitchen includes, waffle iron, griddle, toaster, electric coffee pot, mixer, blender, and sandwich maker.
Activities
Within a short distance there is most anything you could desire to make your vacation fun. Central Oregon is the play ground of the Western USA.
Mt. Batchelor is a top skiing Mountain, where the USA Olympic team pratices. It also has summer rides to the top to enjoy the sights,and only 30 miles from River Bend. Paulina is the newest of the USA's national monuments, and the lakes there promise trophy fish.
Central Oregon has 300 days a year of sunshine, warm days but cool nights. The climate is dry w/snow in the winter. 500 miles of fishing rivers, and 150 lakes, 20 golf courses all withun a short distance.

$200.00 deposit is required to hold your reservation. We accept all credit cards. The deposit becomes your security deposit that will be refunded if there is no damage within 10 days of your stay. A $65.00 cleaning fee plus Oregon tax of 7% will be added to the rental price. all cancellations made prior to 30 days shall be refunded the total deposit amount. Cancellations 29 to 15 days will forfeit 50%, and 14 days or less all of the deposit. Stay seven night get two nights free. Two night min. We accept all credit cards. Through PayPal.

We came all the way from Texas to visit relitives. Had a wonderful time, saw stag deer walking across the yard this morning.
Watched one of your movies you provide, and spent a great evening playing poker.
Thank you for letting us use your house, it is buildt for privacy.

River Bend (a great vacation no mater what time of year)
We strive to make your vacation experance one that you will always remember.
The house is equiped with high end sheets and towels. Almost every small appliance that you could think of, that will make your cooking faster and easier.
We provide two bikes, no rental fee, three fishing rods, and a river raft, the three acers, has many hiking trails.
We're only a phone call away, so if there is anything you might need just ask.
Be sure to visit the High Desert Museum, it's displays of desert living is something you would not want to miss. Or drive the Cascades Lakes Highway. 87 miles of magnificent views of Mt. Bachelor, Three Sisters and Broken top.
