This beautiful home in Sunriver Resort is a great year-round getaway. The resort offers great golf, 2 swimming pools, tennis, horse stables, a marina, Fort Rock park(a great place for outdoor picnics, games, and fun), miles of bike trails and much more. Mt. Bachelor is a short drive and is a first-class ski resort for all you snow hounds. Sunriver is in the heart of Central Oregon -- near Bend, the famous Deschutes River, mountain lakes galore, geological sites, spectacular wilderness and wildlife. The home boasts a hot tub, master suite, pool table, foosball table and several bikes for getting around. We also provide 10 recreation passes for free access to the pools and tennis courts.     To reserve your dates we ask a 25% deposit due upon verbal commitment. The balance and a fully refundable damage/security deposit of $300 is due 14 days prior to arrival. There is a one-time cleaning fee of $125 and an 8% room tax (7% Deschutes County + 1% State of Oregon). You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property. Canncellation Policy: 100% forfeiture of deposits unless home is re-booked in which case a %50 canceellation fee will be retained. Sorry, but no pets and no smoking. Thank you. We accept checks only.
