All bedrooms have TV's and expanded cable. Gated community has a great golf course and restaurant. Plus there is an outdoor pool for use in the summer.

      High Season Price: $4,500 per Month
         

    Form of payment includes Cashier's check or money orders. Rentals are by the month. Rental amount due upon signing of rental agreement. There is a one time cleaning fee upon deprature of $150. If more than one month stay you will be required to have additonal cleaning during your stay by the housekeeper at $150 per visit. Cancellations 60+ days out recieve full refund. Less than 60 days you will recieve credit for future stay.
