A full bathroom can also be found in the garage great for washing off sandy people or to help keep things moving in the mornings. The formal entrance to the house and main living room is located on the second floor along with 4 of the bedrooms of the bedrooms. In the 2 of the bedrooms you will find queen size beds, another bedroom has a king plus a twin and the last bedroom on the second floor has two twin size beds. In the living area you will find a wet bar, refrigerator and microwave, then to the south side of the main living room is laundry room with a set of laundry machines and an additional full bathroom. The living room has great views of the water looking west, features two futons for relaxing in front of the TV DVD plater or just for congregating.  
 
On the third floor you will find even more views of the water along with a large kitchen set up with tons of counter space for food prep. The dining room with room for the entire group and an additional living space which looks out at the ocean. The living space has a full size couch and a love seat along with another TV and DVDV player The master bedroom suite has views of the mountains and features a king size bed with a sitting area. The master bath has a jet tub that is positioned to allow views of the mountains in privacy.

Keep in mind the additional cleaning charge ensures that your house will be spotless upon arrival and that you will not be asked to spend more than 5 min on the check out procedure.
