The house listed for this listing is our 3BR/3BA House #1 on our website. This is a wonderful vacation rental house. Lots of room for the entire family. Will accommodate 6 adults or families up to 8. There are also other units on the same property for 2-8 people. Combine with other units for groups/families of 20-26 people. Great for reunions. 
We also have lovely 1BR Suites (two adults max./no children in Suites). All units have kitchens, many have decks/yard area, fireplace and jetted tub. All units are non-smoking and no pets allowed.

Other unit rates: 1BR Units:Oct-May $99-165, June-Sept $155-195 2BR Unit:Oct-May $145-205, June-Sept $195-225 3BR Unit:Oct-May $195-275, June-Sept $250-295 Add 9% tax to all rates. Duplex Units and Houses require contract and security deposit. Usually Suites require 2-7 day cancellation and Duplex & Houses require 30-45 day cancellation. Contact us for further details. Suites require 2 night minimums stays. Duplex units & Houses 2 night minimum except July & August require 4-5 night min. stays. Holiday and special events may require 3-4 night stays.
