This cozy 4 bedroom 3 bath ocean view beach home has so much to offer its guests. One house back from and steps to the beach, what more can you ask for? The fantastic whimsical beach themes throughout, knotty pine interior, homey furnishings, easy beach access, ocean views, plus a game room with foosball and pool table make our vacation home a true Loafer’s Paradise. The living room is complete with cozy gas fireplace, TV, DVD/CD player & DVD Movie Collection (see Rates/Amenities for a complete list). Downstairs has 2 Queen bedrooms. Upstairs has 1 Queen bedroom and 2 bunks. Each bedroom has its own TV and DVD player. The house is equipped with forced air heat to ensure storm watchers stay nice and toasty during those crisp, stormy winter nights. In addition, we provide FREE wired and wireless high speed internet service. The kitchen is fully furnished with cookware, coffee pot, microwave, and appliances. All linens are provided except for beach use. Please bring beach towels/blankets for beach use. Three levels assure plenty of elbow room for a great beach getaway. Sit on the deck and enjoy the vacation you’ve been waiting for all year. This vacation home is everything you can ask for and more.

    • When you're not playing on the beach, hanging out around the fireplace or enjoying each other's company over great food prepared in the kitchen, you can always listen to music while playing pool or foos ball in our game room with inwall sterio surround sound. Or, perhaps, watch a great movie from our movie collection. Over 40 titles to date. All bedrooms have there own TV and DVD player. Home also has WiFi for those who must stay connected.

Peak Season stays run Saturday to Saturday. Please Note: In order to prevent gaps in reservations, shorter or longer stays for specific dates may apply during Peak Season. Cancellation Policy: OVER 61 Days = 10% of monies collected. Between 31 to 60 Days = $450 and 30 Days or less: 100% of monies collected (unless home is rerented) If re-rented, then the costs to rent the home + $450. Accept Credit Cards
