All vacation homes are NON SMOKING and DOGS ARE ALLOWED IN PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY WITH A $20 PER PET PER NIGHT FEE. There is NO on street parking in the Village. Please stay off the beach grass on the sides of your driveways. THANK YOU. We require 30 days advance notification to cancel. ($35.35 cancellation fee applies) If cancelled less than 30 days prior to your arrival your deposit will be forfeited. If your deposit is returned the $35.35 cancellation fee will be deducted. Unless otherwise instructed, we will charge the balance due (shown above) to the credit card we have on file the day before your arrival and process the authorization of $250.00 for the security deposit on the home. All major credit cards accepted!
