PAYMENT POLICY: When booking a stay we require a deposit of ½ of the rental fee, with the balance due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. The final payment must include, a security deposit of $300 (refundable) and a one time cleaning fee of $125 if using one level or $175 if both levels of the house are used. The security deposit will be refunded within two (2) weeks after inspection of property. Payments can be made through PayPal online or by check.

2-Night Minimum with the following exceptions:
3-Night Minimum: All 3 Day Holiday weekends
Weekend Rates Apply to all three days.
