LIFE IS GOOD RANCH 
 
This 15 acre, 4 bedroom, 5 bath, estate equipped with Wi-Fi was primarily rented in the past for weddings and corporate retreats; but is now available for private use as well. The property is located 10 minutes off I-5 at exit 47 (City of Rogue River). The property is heavily forested with tall pines. Parking is available for up to 30 cars. 
Exterior highlights include: 9 hole chip/putt golf course, ½ acre stocked pond, a 10 person hot tub, natural rock swimming pool with beach entrance and four waterfalls, batting cage, two story tree-house with 200 foot zip line, sand volleyball court, shuffleboard, bocce ball, horseshoes, over 2 acres of grass, and over a mile of walking/riding paths.  
 
The interior features: a 1,000 square foot “king” master suite with private office, Jacuzzi bath, walk in closet and shower; an additional “queen” master suite with private bath; two additional bedrooms (one with queen bed, other with bunk) as expected televisions reside in each room. 
 
The professionally equipped kitchen with butler’s pantry features a 48” SubZero refrigerator, Dacor dual oven with 6 burner stove, twin warming drawers, and a dual drawer Fisher Patel dishwasher. The kitchen island sits 4, while the casual dining area sits 6 and the formal round table 10. The kitchen is completely “furnished”. 
 
A 1,400 square foot game room features 24 foot high rock fireplace, 13 foot bar, Billiard table built in 1892, foosball, bumper pool gaming table, darts and of course a 70” high definition television with surround sound as well as two additional televisions on the opposite wall. A laundry room is also available for use during your stay. 
 
The property can be viewed at www.LifeIsGoodRanch.com . We are currently taking reservations for 2010/2011. Prices range from: $350 a day, $2,000 a week (off season) to $700 a day, $3,000 a week during the summer months. There is a three day minimum.     Reservations can be made one year in advance. A 50% deposit is required to hold your dates. The 50% balance is due 60 days before your check-in dates. Should you cancel 60 days prior the your check-in date we will refund 100% of your deposit less a $100 processing fee. There is a cleaning fee of $200 per stay.
