When Reserving a home, we ask for a 1 night deposit, 2 nights for a stay of 4 nights or more. Balance due 30 days prior to stay. You must cancel at least 60 days prior to your stay with a $50.00 cancel fee. If you cancel after the 60 days and we are able to re-book the home for the same amount of nights and the same rate per night, we will refund all but the $50.00 cancel fee. We have a security deposit on all of our homes as well. In most cases this amount is $300.00. In the event there were ever any excessive noise or disruptive behavior, you will be asked to leave the premises without refund. Please obey parking restrictions. Please follow proper procedures during your stay and at time of departure. If you do not, it’s possible you could lose your security deposit. You will be asked to sign a confirmation stating that you understand all of the above.
