Payment methods accepted :cashier's check or money order. Entire rental amount due if within 30 days of stay. If over 60 days then 50% is due upon signing rental agreement and balance is due 30 days prior to your stay. Full refund if cancellation is 60+ days out. If within 60 days a credit will be given for a future stay. There is a one time cleaning fee of $60 to clean the house upon your departure. An 11% room tax will be added for your stay.
