Payments accepted by cashier's check or money order. All rentals are to be paid in full at time of signing rental agreement if within 60 days of stay. 50% deposit required on rentals out more than 60 days and the balance is due 30 days with in the stay. There is a room tax added to your stay. Cancellation policy is Full refund if 60+ days out. Anything less than 60 days will receive a credit for a future stay. There is a one time cleaning fee charged of $150 - this is for the house to be cleaned upon your departure.
