Vacation Rental Description
The Beach House has 3 levels, 3 bedrooms plus a loft, and 3 bathrooms. Spectacular ocean and surf views from full length windows. The house has a deck on each level to take advantage of the fresh air. It is located on a quite dead end street. Extra lot for parking. The beach access is 2 blocks away. Rental options according to how much room you desire and how many people in your party. Rent one, two, or all three floors. Many miles of beach to walk. Two 18 hole golf courses close by. One mile to Devils Lake for all you water activities and fishing. Surf fishing in front of the house or take a charter boat to go out on the ocean fishing. If the weather is bad just sit in the warm house and watch the pounding surf. The town has many small shops and a large outlet mall for the shoppers. You can watch a great show or win some money at the casino

    • It also has a BBQ. Linens provided with the whole house or the upper two levels. People renting the lower level must provide their own linens. The house must be cleaned and ready for the next tenants when leaving. Cleaning is available for a fee. Items a person must bring are paper products and personal soap. All cleaning equipment and products for the house are there.

    PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED Cash, Check, Money Order made out to owner Mick DeSantis or DeSantis Beach House DEPOSITS One to three nights rent depending on the length of the rental as deposit to confirm reservation. Balance of rent must be sent at least 20 days prior to rental date and I will then send the keys CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY For cancellations made less than 8 days prior to arrival date NO deposits will be refunded. For cancellations made 30 days to 8 days prior to arrival date 50% will be refunded. Full refund on all other cancellations
