Length of Stay
When renting 13 months to 50 days to the date of check-in, the length of rent is a full week & partial weeks depending on the Owners instructions to FRS Vacation Rentals Inc.*
When renting 49 days or less to the date of check-in date, there is a 2 night minimum rental requirement. There is an exception to this guideline. Single night rentals are available on "orphan" dates (individual dates left over after all other days have been rented).
Security Deposit
A SECURITY DEPOSIT is required for all rentals in the form of a credit card authorization. The Guest acknowledges the Rental Agent's authority to charge the Guest's accepted credit card used in all rental transactions. The Guests credit card will be charged for any and all damages to the unit occupied by the Guest and/or his/her guest(s) during their stay.

Pat - Thank you so much for helping us with our vacation! We had so much fun and the condo has everything we needed. We enjoyed looking for whales and found one on the one day we had nice weather. The indoor pool was nice and warm and we actually got to play tennis! It doesn't matter if the weather was sunny - there is soooo much to do around that area! Thank you so much and we hope to come back!

I booked a vacation in February for Depot Bay at Whale Pointe. We just got home from our vacation and I had to let you know that we had a wonderful time. The condo unit was spacious, and perfect for our family of 7, the resort amenities were great, and we just loved exploring the Newport and Depot Bay area. Thank you for your assistance in booking our vacation!

This resort is situated in an amazing location. We arrived and saw whales within the first five minutes. We continued to see them for the remainder of our stay. The views from our many windows could not have been better. The condo itself was well furnished and comfortable as well as roomy. There were three swimming pools to choose from, and our children were delighted to be able to swim both indoors and outdoors. This was a perfect place for us, and we made special memories. We hope to return in the future.
