This stunning custom home has 4 large bedrooms and a huge gourmet kitchen, formal dining room, 2 fireplaces, game room and a 50 inch plasma television all for your enjoyment. This house is large enough for big families and gatherings of friends who would like to be together on their vacation. Set up on a hill above the town of Brookings, OR you will enjoy breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean from every room. You are less than a mile from the beach in the Harbor area of Brookings and within 5 miles af Harris State Beach Park. Travertine tile, brazillian cherry hardwood and sumptuous Karastan carpeting as well as custom architectural elements and use of color make this house stand out. All of the decorating fits our theme with a "Bird's Eye View" of the beautiful coast and ocean. There are many nearby restaurants, golf courses (the famous Salmon Run Golf Course is less than 5 miles away). There are year round fishing excursions in the ocean and Chetco River. The giant Sequoia redwood forests are within 20 miles and crabbing and beachcombing are a local delight. 
 
Rates are $250 per night and $200 per night in the "off season". There is a $100 cleaning fee.

The huge gourmet kitchen is fitted with stainless steel appliances and beautiful "black pearl" granite. We have provided every thing you will need to enjoy cooking up a meal of locally caught fish or whatever your tastes desire and serve it in style. Enjoy a DVD on the 50 inch plasma tv, or a night cuddled up on the sofa in front of one of the fireplaces. There are lots of fun shops to enjoy in Brookings as well as a nice antiques mall. You can try fishing or whale watching excursions or just sit and hope to see the elusive "green flash" at sunset from one of our decks.
