Flat screen HDTV, internet and cable. Fully furnished wiht two car garage. NO SMOKING or KIDS allowed, this is an adult retreat only home.

    $50% of total deposit up front, balance one month in advance. If cancelled prior to 30 days, deposit will be refunded providing your days can be re-rented less $100 handling fee. If canceled within thirty days, no refund of any money. Personal check or cashier checks only. Security/extra cleaning deposit of $500 required due to the complete remodeling of the house. Everything in the house has been replaced and is new. We require a two week minimum stay.
