    All payments will be made via a credit card. No additional fees will be taken in advance, except cleaning fee. 30% taken upon booking, more than 30 days in advance of stay. The rest is taken 30 days in advance. If cancellation prior to 30 days before stay, there will be a full refund, minus credit card fees on amount already taken. 30 dats-10 days before stay, 30% of full amt. will be kept. Less than 10 days cancellation may negate any refund.
