Vacation Rental Description
This is a beautiful ocean front duplex (2 units, 1800 square feet each). Each of the 3 bedrooms has an unobstructed ocean view, with an even better view from the great room/kitchen area. There are 2 ½ baths. It has all the amenities with lovely granite, marble and tile kitchen and bathrooms. The master suite has a 2-person whirlpool tub and a shower. The kitchen has granite counter tops, side by side refrigerator with filtered water and ice in the door, dishwasher, and gas cooking appliances. The great room has a cozy gas fireplace, TV/VCR/DVD with movies, wireless internet, a balcony facing the ocean, and magnificent views of the ocean and the offshore islands that make Bandon so beautiful.
There is a private sheltered deck on the east, a two car garage, laundry facilities, gas BBQ and everything you need to make your stay a memorable one. Each unit sleeps 8 comfortably. The north unit has a king, queen, two twins (that can be made into a king), and a full size futon. The south has a king, a queen, a full, a twin, and a queen hide-a-bed.
Located in front of the Offshore Islands Viewing Area, a state managed wildlife preserve, it has immediate access to the nature trail on the bluff and the beach with well-maintained stairs at either end of the block. The beach extends all the way to the jetty in the north, and goes south towards Face Rock. It is about 2 ½ blocks from a very nice city park and recreation area with a wonderful children’s play area, sheltered from the ocean by a large stand of trees, and a new public library . Groceries, video rentals, and Old Town Bandon are just a short drive away.

It is about 2 ½ blocks from the very nice City Park with a wonderful children’s play area, sheltered from the ocean. City park also has a new public library with free wireless internet access, a community center, a live theatre, baseball diamond, skate park, basketball hoops, and picnic areas. Groceries and video rentals can be found on Highway 101.
Bandon, Oregon is a wonderful coastal retreat, with quaint shops and art galleries. It has miles of lovely beaches, tide pools, wildlife, and pounding surf. There's lots to do: horseback riding on the beach, flying kites, kayaking through the Bandon Marsh, fishing for salmon in Coquille River, exploring the Sand Dune National Recreation Area, golfing at the nearby Bandon Dunes Resort, and just south of town Bandon Crossings Golf Course. This oceanfront duplex rental is a perfect way to enjoy the area.

The fully furnished kitchen also enjoys ocean views and is open to the living and dining areas. A small balcony is perfect for morning coffee or tea.

Bandon is a fun family vacation spot, but is world reknown for it's golf courses. Special rates are available to our guests at Bandon Crossings Golf Course just 5 miles south of this small town, and the Bandon Dunes Resort is just north of town.
Beach combing is extraordinary as well, and beach access is at either end of our block, with both trails/stairs maintatined by the state of Oregon as part of it's Wildlife viewing area at Coquille Point. Bird watching can easily be done from inside, as well. Nearby horse stables take riders right onto the beach for a unique experience, and kayakers can explore the local marshes.
