Fully furnished with linens, pot, pans, dishes and kitchen utensils. Fireplace with gas logs. Satellite television, and easy access to main highway for visting area attractions. Enjoy the mountain evenings and early morning views, from the wrap around open deck with covered porch.  
Semi level entrance should allow for wheel chair access or easy entrance to the home.

    • Located in the tri-state area of western north carolina. This lovely rental home, offers access to all of our local area attractions, and those in the surrounding communities of Georgia and Tennessee.

    Season Rate
    		  Low Season Price: $575 per Week
      High Season Price: $575 per Week
         

    The weekly rate includes the cleaning fee. A non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 is also charged for those wishing to bring small pets 25 lbs or less. Taxes are added to the weekly rate as required by state and local tax laws. Larger pets may be considered for additional funds. $200.00 security deposit required, and returned once the cabin is cleaned, as long as you leave it in the same condition as when you took occupancy. 3 day minimum charge for those looking to just come for a weekend is $365.00 plus taxes and pet fee. $25.00 service charge for entry after 5:00 pm eastern standard time. Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check out at 10:00 am. Weekly rate charged whether you stay 5 or 7 days. Most rentals booked from Saturday to Saturday, other arrangements may be possible.
