Vacation Rental Description
The cabin is located on a paved dead end road that offers privacy, peace, quite and lots of parking. The cabin looks down on the Nottley River 200 feet below. Large deck has a panoramic view of the Nottley River and Mountain tops. It also has a picnic table, gas grill and rocking chairs for your enjoyment of the views. In a large corn field across the river, deer, turkeys , geese and sometimes bears can be seen from the deck in early morning and at sunset. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a large TV. A six person hot tub sits on a covered Gazebo in front of the deck with a knock out view of the Nottley River with great sounds of the rapids on the river. In addition we have just excavated an area next to the hot tub and installed a 36 inch fire pit for roasting hot dogs and marshmallows. There is nothing more captivating than sitting in an adirondack chair after you've taken a dip in the hot tub and enjoy eating hot dogs and drinking your favorite beverage around the fire pit overlooking the river.

We had a wonderful time at the cabin. I always enjoy writing our comments in the guest book. I also left a note with a couple of suggestions. One suggestion was painting the house numbers a light color so they can be seen better. Another possibility is adding a shade on the left side of the gazebo for a little privacy. Lastly, maybe putting an outside light fixture at the end of the porch which would help when BBQing and going down the steps to the hot tub after dark. I only mention these because you asked!! Your cabin is still No. 1 on our list to rent. I just can't think of anything negative!!

Mr. Butch and Ms Carolyn - We wanted to thank you so much for sharing your awesome cabin. We really like Murphy and are planning on purchasing a home here soon. We come here often and rent cabins while we are here. Your cabin is the best!!! The views, the way we felt while we were here, was like being at our home! Everything we needed you provided! Thank you! The hot tub and porch over looking the Nottley River was so wonderful! Your home was so homey! Having the garage was great. We took a lot of pictures to share with our family and friends. We will let them know, this is the cabin to stay at. All the decorations are awesome! Thanks again for being so kind, the world needs more people like you two! P.S. When we come back up this is the place we would like to stay at again. Maybe New Years.
