The town of Murphy is located in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, with elevations starting at approx. 1500 above sea level, this lovely community offers a quiet, country retreat for those looking for a mountain vacaton. Clear streams,long range mountain view, and warm friendly people. A community where everyone knows everyone.

Tucked away in the trees and fronting immediately off a beautiful rushing mountain river. Fully furnished,spacious, comfortable and convenient. Located in a private community with accessiblity to several private lakes, with non-motorized boating allowed. Large open deck located on the back of the home allows plenty of room for grilling out and watching the river as it flows past.

The weekly rate includes the cleaning fee. A non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 is also charged for those wishing to bring small pets 25 lbs or less. Taxes are added to the weekly rate as required by state and local tax laws. Larger pets may be considered for additional funds. $200.00 security deposit required, and returned once the cabin is cleaned, as long as you leave it in the same condition as when you took occupancy. 3 day minimum charge for those looking to just come for a weekend is $585. plus taxes and pet fee. $25.00 service charge for entry after 5:00 pm eastern standard time. Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check out at 10:00 am. Weekly rate charged whether you stay 5 or 7 days. Most rentals booked from Saturday to Saturday, other arrangements may be possible.
