Nestled high on the side of the mountain, yet only a mile from the center of Maggie Valley, Dogwood Creek is the perfect vacation home for a family vacation or any much deserved get-away. Inviting porches, stone fireplace, hot tub, satellite TV, DVD, VCR combos, WIRELESS INTERNET and games will keep you busy at home. Hiking, nearby horseback riding, rafting, shopping in historic Waynesville, Ghost Town, Cataloochee Ski resort, and many other nearby attractions will fill your days with fun. The spacious house has three levels, so spread out and relax at your own speed. Fall asleep to the soothing sound of the creek, grill out on the porch, or soak in the hot tub and enjoy the cool mountain air. One king, one queen, four bunks in the basement and a queen sleeper in the loft make plenty of beds for the whole family with all linens provided. Kitchen is completely furnished and laundry room has full size washer and dryer. THIS PROPERTY HAS NO AIR CONDITIONING.

A $50.00 Hot Tub. cleaning fee and a 95.00 Housekeeping fee are applied to all daily rentals. No reservation fee is required. We do accept a deposit on all rentals at the time of booking, and require that the balance be paid in full 30 days before your stay to allow time for us to mail you an information packet with key codes, directions and other information about the area to make your visit memorable. Unfortunately, two flights of stairs make this home unsuitable for elderly or wheelchair bound guests. Sorry, but we are not inclined to allow extremely large dogs due to the steep wooded terrain, muddy creekbed, and white carpet. If you do have a dog, please bring a crate for his safety and comfort. We charge a non-refundable $100.00 deposit for fumigation after each and every pet, for the protection of all animals. We have recently installed WIRELESS INTERNET and welcome you to bring along a laptop.
