Santeetlah Along the Lake is a vacation house for people who like the Smoky Mountains and nearby pristine lakes at the same time. Relax in the clear, blue waters of Lake Santeetlah with beautiful mountain vistas wherever you look. Fish for trout, walleye, and more. It's a great lake. Right in the back yard is a dock, hammock, and if you desire, your own boat! The house has two master bedrooms with king size beds. The third bedroom has twins. There are two full bathrooms, one with a separate shower and tub as well as two sinks for lots of room to spread out. The great room has a huge HD television over the stone fireplace. There's another huge TV upstairs in the loft. We also have a sound system throughout the house as well as outside. In the great room you'll find comfortable leather furniture, a dining area with antler chandelier, and an upscale kitchen with granite counter tops and custom cabinets.  
You'll love all the provisions! The kitchen is complete; we even have a waffle iron. Can you imagine sitting on the deck with the sun peeking through the mountains while enjoying a mountain waffle, morning cup of coffee, and fish jumping at the dock? This is hummingbird territory, too, so be prepared to watch their antics.  
There's parking space for several cars or a boat trailer in front of the house. There's also two marinas on the lake and several boat launching areas as well as a beach. 
Santeetlah Along the Lake is a beautiful, upscale house. We have two decks overlooking the lake as well as a screened in porch. Everything is provided for you, even linens. Just bring food, clothes, your toothbrush, and a vacation attitude. You'll have a wonderful time.

At Santeetlah Along the Lake, you can swim right off the dock. The water level is deep. Along with the amenities shown is a firepit, hammock, Weber grill, and access to pontoon boat rentals.

Whitewater rafting on the Nantahala or Ocoee, Tubing at Deep Creek, Ride the Smoky Mountain Railroad, Visit the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Mountain music, Clogging, Crafts, Auctions, Visit the Biltmore Mansion, Ride the Tail of the Dragon in your sports car or motorcycle, enjoy world class mountain biking at Tsali. Appalachian Trail. Drive about an hour and you can be in Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, Outlet malls, and more.

				Low Season Price:	$850 per Week
				High Season Price:	$1,500 per Week

$200.00 deposit to hold your time. This money will be returned to you at the end of your rental. Should you desire to cancel, all monies will be returned to you should I be able to rebook your dates. If I cannot rebook, a partial refund will be given depending on the time period involved. Payment can be in cash, check, money order, or other. Rates depend on the season of the year and the number of people in your group. Please ask.
