Vacation Rental Description
Briar Rose Farm offers a unique vacation whether it be for a weekend or a week. Families often return to the farm yearly and couples for a romantic get away. Briar Rose is a 250 acre old mountain farm and you are invited to wander the trails, hike to the fire tower, play in the creek, feed the animals, gather your morning eggs for breakfast, check out our gardens, and see hydroponic lettuce growing in the Greenhouse. Or perhaps you just want to spend your time enjoying your very private log cabin. Days in the hammock, nights in the hot tub, and the total peace of the mountains. You can be as active or as lazy as you wish, Briar Rose Farm is the perfect place for both!
Our large Farm Cabin sleeps 5 and is located on the main farm close to our animals, the creek, fire pit, and hiking. It rents for $160/night on weekends and $150 Sunday through Thursday nights.
The Sweet Briar Cabin is a one bedroom log cabin on its own 89 acres offering peaceful privacy. It rents for $135/night. It has a hot tub, large porches, grill, fire pit ans is close to hiking trails.
The Knob Cabin is also a log cabin with an incredible view! The one bedroom cabin sleeps 2-3, has a large porch,propane fireplace, complete privacy, and hot tub. It rents for $135 per night.

Each of our cabins have hot tubs and large decks and covered porch areas with rolling hills or mountain views. Our large farm cabin, complete with fireplace, sleeps 5. It is perfect for a family or two couples. Two smaller cozy log cabins for just 2 or 3 offer seclusion and solitude each in their own unique spot. Romance away from it all! Farm activities include hiking right from the farm, campfires, interaction with the farm animals, gathering your own eggs from our chickens, and as much involvement as you like, or not! Located 17 miles south of the historic and unique town of Hot Springs, right on the Appalachian trail. Also 45 minutes from all that Asheville has to offer.
