Home is well equipped with everything needed to enjoy a vacation home. We supply all amenities for one week stays including all paper products, can liners, wonderful natural botanical soaps, shampoos and conditioners. Simply bring your luggage and your food and you are home to stay for the duration of your vacation! Pets upon approval.

      High Season Price: $1,650 per Week
         

    First come-first served basis. We take all credit cards and checks. Signed lease agreement and deposit required to confirm a rental. Deposit is 50% down of total charges, balance paid in full 30 days before arrival date. Rental rate is $1500/week, $5500/month,$300/night North Carolina Taxes are 10.75% (7.75% sales tax, 3% room tax) Cleaning rate is $115.00 Non refundable pet fee of $100.00 Security Deposit imprint of $500.00 upon check-in. Cancellation policy: We recommend all guests obtain travel insurance. We need at least 30 days notice of cancellation for the return of balance paid minus 10% of total.
