Brand new luxury condo in Bear Lake Reserve, which is a gated mountain resort community, with incredible views of Bear Lake and is overlooking the fabulous Lake Club. Watch the family swim and play right from the back deck.
It's just a short walk down the trail to the Lake Club where you can swim in the lake or heated pool, use the hot tubs, rent a complimentary canoe/kayak, or rent a pontoon or motor boat hourly or for the day, work out in the state of the art gym with it's sauna and steam room, or just read in the library or watch a movie in the theater.
Or you may choose to explore the community and go fishing in one of the stocked ponds, hike the many groomed trails, or even camp out in the tee-pee, or just decide to have s'mores around one of the many outdoor fireplaces.
There's an activities director and a full-service restaurant and bar. The Summit golf course and tennis court plans to open this spring. The lodge has a 52 inch TV in the family room and TV's in both bedrooms. Family room and second bedroom have DVD players. Wireless internet, IPOD and Serius radio hook-up, so just bring your equipment.
Gourmet kitchen has granite counters, gas range and stainless steel appliances. Porch has two Adirondack rockers and chaise lounge. You will never be bored at Bear Lake Reserve, but if you decide to leave the community, all of the activities of Western North Carolina are nearby!
