This cozy cabin is located in the premier, gated community of Connestee Falls where executives, artists and professionals with their families enhoy all the amenities of a simple life style in the home away from home. Located close to the clubhouse and the East Fork Gate. Walking distance to the lake and community gathering locations.  
 
Enjoyo shopping and eating in teh fantiastic boutiques and resturants of Brevard and nearby Hendersonville and Asheville. THis country cabin is beautifully decorated in a country mission feel and will provide you wih a wonderful memory.  
 
The washer and dryer are locaed in the kitchen area for your convenience. The back yard also has a small fenced in area for your pets.

    Weekly rentals - require $150 USD deposit upon accepting reservations. Refundable if cabin can is rented out for same time frame to another renter. Monthly rentals - require $500 USD deposit upon accepting reservatinos. Refundable if cabin is rented out for the same time frame to another renter. Four (4) evening reservations are accepted if the cabin is available at a rental rate of $125 per evening during summer season, April 1 to Nov 30, and $100 per evening during winter season, Dec 1 to March 31.
