We just completed an extensive renovation of this wonderful home including four all new elegant tiled bathrooms, two new gourmet kitchens with Jenn-Air downdraft stoves, new floor coverings, and more! Of the five well-appointed bedrooms, two are spacious master suites with ultra luxury king beds, sitting areas, private elegant bathrooms, and one even has its own deck overlooking the pond. The three additional bedrooms are delightfully decorated and of ample size for relaxing. For expanded sleeping there are two queen sleeper sofas plus one queen and four twin air beds that inflate/deflate in just seconds. 
 
There is a full kitchen on both the main level and the lower level including new appliances, Jenn-Air ranges, complete cookware, quality silverware, hand painted dishes, sharp chef knives, coffee maker, coffee grinder, waffle iron, 4 slot toaster, pots, pans, bowls….everything you need to prepare delicious meals at home. We even have a new high-tech large capacity front load washer and dryer set to make any laundry you do effortless! 
 
Enjoy your 8 cable televisions throughout the house with built in DVDs/VCRs for easy one control use. Our lower level media room has comfortable leather sofas and a 57 inch digital Big Screen HDTV with HDMI, surround sound and premium movie channels. Be entertained by our video library with over 250 titles or play one of the many fun board games available. There is a high speed wireless Internet connection if you need to stay in touch. We provide a local phone with an answering machine if you need to make or receive calls during your stay. 
 
You’ll appreciate the tasteful décor and thoughtful care this home reflects. There are cozy areas for conversations as well as groupings of couches for larger gatherings. The generous size deck overlooks the wildlife pond and is a place we spend hours just watching all the delightful antics and interplay of the fish, duck families, turtles, blue herons, king fishers, muskrats, and more. What we love about these Smokey Mountains is its wealth of activities. We experience a gentle 4 seasons here that makes any time of year perfect to visit. If you love to shop for the unusual, there are fantastic antique stores, numerous galleries, unique boutique shops, & amazing handcrafts. This region is host to numerous festivals filled with music, dance, arts and crafts. There are family events, live theater, concerts, cinemas and museums. For golfers, there are numerous Asheville courses including Jack Nicholas’ newly designed world class championship golf course, The Cliffs. There’s skiing, hiking, white water rafting, miniature golf, fishing, wildlife viewing, rock climbing, you name it!  
 
Asheville is famous for the Biltmore House, the largest private residence in the United States built by George Vanderbilt. You can spend a full day wandering through the mansion, its grounds, greenhouses, winery, restaurants & shops.

				Low Season Price:	$2,254 per Week
				High Season Price:	$2,737 per Week

Rates are determined by number of guests. 1 - 10 Guests = $460 per night. Each additional guest is $20 per night. Children and Infants are counted as guests. Low Season Weekly Rate is 30% off nightly rate. (Jan., Feb, March, April, Sept., Nov., Dec, except holidays.) High Season Weekly Rate is 15% off nightly rate. (May, June, July, August, October, except holidays.) Add 11.75% occupancy taxes. Add one time $100 - $350 cleaning fee depending on # of guests. Minimum 3-7 night stay depending on time of year. Dogs will be considered and need prior approval. Pet rent charged.
