What we love about these Smokey Mountains is its wealth of activities. We experience a gentle 4 seasons here that makes any time of year perfect to visit. If you love to shop for the unusual, there are fantastic antique stores, numerous galleries, unique boutique shops, & amazing handcrafts. This region is host to numerous festivals filled with music, dance, arts and crafts. There are family events, live theater, concerts, cinemas and museums. For golfers, there are numerous Asheville courses including Jack Nicholas’ newly designed world class championship golf course, The Cliffs. There’s skiing, hiking, white water rafting, miniature golf, fishing, wildlife viewing, rock climbing, you name it!  
 
Asheville is famous for the Biltmore House, the largest private residence in the United States built by George Vanderbilt. You can spend a full day wandering through the mansion, its grounds, greenhouses, winery, restaurants and shops.

				High Season Price:	$850 per Week

Nightly Rate: $149 for 1-2 Guests and $159 for 3-4 Guests. Children & Infants are counted as guests. Off Season Weekly Rate: $750 for 1-2 Guests and $799 for 3-4 Guests. Jan., Feb, March, April, Sept., Nov., Dec (except holidays) In Season Weekly Rate: $850 for 1-2 Guests and $899 for 3-4 Guests. May, June, July, August, October, except holidays. Add 11.75% occupancy taxes. Add one time $55 - $75 cleaning fee depending on # of guests. This home has a $250 cancellation policy per week. This is a non-smoking home. Dogs allowed with prior approval and pet rent will be charged.
