View Chalet is about 10 minutes to downtown, the Blue Ridge Parkway & the Biltmore House.

Enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen complete with Kitchen Aid cookware, fun hand-painted dishes, quality flatware, sharp cooking knives, coffee maker, coffee grinder, crock pot, plenty of pots, pans, baking dishes & great kitchen accessories & gadgets to please any cook. And, yes, you can cook with gas! There is a second full refrigerator for packing away food for an entire week! 
 
The gracious dining room looks out on astounding views in several directions. Dine inside on the beautiful table or go out the sliding glass doors to the deck beyond to eat alfresco. This front patio area feels like a second living room for relaxing & visiting while you take in the fresh air & mountain views. For a change of setting, you can also enjoy the large back deck off the kitchen where there is another eating area & views of the Blue Ridge Parkway. Wherever you sit, you can watch the scenes unfold from early morning mists, crisp clear view after a rain or the hues of the sunset sky. 
 
There are 5 televisions throughout the home and an extensive video library to make your movie selections. Each bedroom has its own TV with easy to use built-in VCR/DVD, as well as a 52 inch wide screen HDTV with HDMI 16:9 and premium movie channels in the living room and a big 36 inch TV in the family room. There is a large movie video library and fun board games for added entertainment.  
 
For your added convenience, there is an upscale full size front load washer and dryer in the laundry room for your use.  
 
As with all our luxury homes, we have elegant comfortable furnishings, wonderful art work, incredible massage chair, 6 person hot tub, high speed wireless Internet connection, luxurious bedding with 550 thread-count sheets and butter soft blankets, extra-soft plush towels, central air conditioning, and all the extra little touches you have come to expect from us! 
 
Children especially love the View Chalet that has their own indoor playhouse filled with dolls, stuffed animals, toys, books & games. Outside is a fabulous playground with slide, swings, rope ladder, climbing wall & fort. For babies we also supply child gates, high chair, baby bath tub, stroller, soft blankies, play yard, and more.

What we love about these Smokey Mountains is its wealth of activities. We experience a gentle 4 seasons here that makes any time of year perfect to visit. If you love to shop for the unusual, there are fantastic antique stores, numerous galleries, unique boutique shops, & amazing handcrafts. This region is host to numerous festivals filled with music, dance, arts and crafts. There are family events, live theater, concerts, cinemas and museums. For golfers, there are numerous Asheville courses including Jack Nicholas’ newly designed world class championship golf course, The Cliffs. There’s skiing, hiking, white water rafting, miniature golf, fishing, wildlife viewing, rock climbing, you name it!  
 
Asheville is famous for the Biltmore House, the largest private residence in the United States built by George Vanderbilt. You can spend a full day wandering through the mansion, its grounds, greenhouses, winery, restaurants and shops.

				High Season Price:	$1,876 per Week

Nightly Rates are determined by number of guests. 1 - 4 Guests = $295 per night. Each additional guest is $20 per night. Children and Infants are counted as guests. Low Season Weekly Rate for 1 - 6 guests: $1642 (Add $98/week/each extra guest) Jan., Feb, March, April, Sept., Nov., Dec (except holidays) High Season Weekly Rate for 1 - 6 guests: $1994 (Add $119/week/each extra guest) May, June, July, August, October (except holidays) Add 11.75% taxes. Add $100 - $250 cleaning fee depending on # of guests. Minimum 3 - 7 night stay depending on time of year. Note: This is a non-smoking home.
